The founder and managing director of Proxy Marketing Solutions Ltd. brings unique value to the company and its clients, based on the combination of international experience and rich knowledge in the fields of management, training and technology.

Entrepreneur and international marketer with over twenty years of international business experience, within the technology industries. Specializing in international marketing management focusing on strategy, marketing planning and channel management. During his career, has dealt with many aspects of entrepreneurship, business development, marketing & sales management - all in the international context. These activities included market research & analysis, strategy formulation, marketing & business planning, setting up and managing marketing & sales channels, new product introductions as well as managing a variety of marketing communications activities.

A Chartered Marketer and a member (MCIM) of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Moti received extensive business education, including an MBA with Distinction, and a First-Class Honours, BA in business management, both from the University of Derby. In his academic studies he focused on marketing, business strategy and entrepreneurship, and researched the field of international marketing channels of High-Tech companies.

As part of his activities, has been giving lectures and training in business and technical fields, for more than twenty years, for a diverse audience of professional and managerial functionaries. This activity included lecturing, practical training as well as development, planning & assimilation of courses, training programs and instruction aids. Among others, served as a lead faculty in a special 'international marketing of technology' program organized by the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII). Now lectures in international marketing, before senior executives, in the Galilee International Management Institute. Certified as an instructor by the Israeli Air Force, and has completed an advanced instructor training in the Technion.

Technologically oriented, Moti has dealt with marketing, sales, support and instruction of products and services based on a wide variety of advanced information, communication and environmental technologies. Holds a Technical Engineer degree (HND) in electronics, with Distinction from ORT College, and has undergone additional technological training in Israel and abroad.
